SLEEP PROBLEMS

Few things can get the day off to a worse start than sleeplessness. Physical and mental energy are pretty much written off for the next 15 hours or so - and how they drag after a night of insomnia watching the clock and the light starting to creep through the curtains.

 

Inability to get off to sleep, waking too early, frequent disturbance throughout the night, and the familiar tossing and turning over the day to come or the day that went all leave us washed out and unable to function to any useful level during the day.

 

Yet achieving quality sleep is attainable through mindful hypnosis, and clients report that one of the first benefits of mindful hypnosis is an improvement in the quality of their sleep pattern.

 

Treatment includes exploring the reasons behind your inability to sleep and learning self-hypnosis and relaxation techniques.

 

In addition, you will learn mindful meditation techniques which you will practice on a regular basis throughout the day. This will cultivate a moment-to-moment experience which proves so useful when you get into bed at night (or during the day if you are a shift worker).
