Life is a better place for those who’ve found a diet they can stick to and achieved their target weight loss. But so many never really get started and, if they do gleefully see results, all too often the pounds pile back on - a truly demoralising waste of time and effort. There is another way you might try.

 

Mindful hypnosis can help you rethink your diet and exercise options en route to a different outlook for life. If it had a 100 per cent success rate it would blow every other weight-loss drive out of the water, but results are encouraging in terms of motivation to get and stay slim, and of achieving a new way of viewing nutrition. The world of mindful eating is an interesting way of rediscovering food on a moment to moment basis, and enjoying every mouthful, whilst becoming more aware of the bodily sensations that tell us we are full.

 

If we have difficulties with addiction to particular types of high calorie foods, such as chocolate, confectionary or sugar, then hypnotherapy can be extremely effective in working with your unconscious mind to examine your relationship to these foods, and provide it with new information to change unhelpful self-defeating habits.
